Holy Crap!!

Pardon the language - but Barack Obama has gotten money from more than 25,000 50,000 donors since last night. He's raising in hours what Howard Dean raised in an entire quarter back in 2003. He's had half a million people donate to his campaign since January 1. This is in so many ways different than anything we've ever seen before.

In other news - the Navy is planning to shoot down a spy satellite today or tomorrow. They've been telling the public that it's because the satellite is crippled and could be a threat if it fell to earth uncontrolled. Actually what happened is Bush decided he wanted to spread democracy in space.

UPDATE: The campaign is now touting over 900,000 donors since the campaign began and is trying to reach 1,000,000. Once again - HOLY CRAP!
