Also, returning to New Hampshire for a second, I smiled when I read about the results from Dixville Notch this morning. Four years ago, I was with Gen. Wesley Clark when he personally went to Dixville Notch on primary morning to witness the vote count and declare his victory in the tiny New Hampshire hamlet. He went on to place third overall in NH, but not to worry Obama fans, Dixville Notch is not known for its predictive abilities.

The Daily Show Returns!
Although it would be nice if the producers had caved and given a fair deal to the writers, it's fantastic to have Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert back on the air, and just in time for the primary season. Just think of all those jokes we missed in the meantime. Here, for your enjoyment, is Jon's take on the writers' demands for new media compensation:
